• Taxes are charged based on:

• Shipping address (not billing address), and
• The province or territory the goods are being shipped to.

Shipping Policy

• Creating and using your SHOE PER account is the easiest way to track the status of your online order, view your purchase history, and more. Orders will automatically receive an Order Confirmation e-mail.
• We ship to all provinces in Canada.
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours, during business hours Monday to Friday (ET) except on statutory holidays.
• Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking number.
• Title to goods passes once the shipper has goods – porch theft is the responsibility of the customer.
• Orders over $125.00 before tax will be shipped free of charge for Ontario and Quebec only.
• Orders under $125.00 before tax will be shipped for $15.00 for Ontario and Quebec only.
• For orders outside Ontario and Quebec, shipping options and amounts will be shown in your cart during checkout. Orders purchased online may be picked up in-store or curbside at no charge.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Shipping return costs are not covered by SHOE PER.
